YouTube API Clone
A backend system modeled on YouTube's core flows — secure JWT authentication and RESTful APIs for videos, users, and comments. Used MongoDB with Mongoose to manage relationships (including populate for linked data), with authorization rules ensuring users can only reach their own resources.
BookMyStay — Hotel Booking Backend
A hotel booking backend with authentication and role-based access split between guests and hosts. Built APIs for listings, bookings, and user profiles, added file upload handling, and designed the database schema with an eye toward deployment.
Book API Backend
A CRUD-focused API for managing books, built to practice clean backend fundamentals: JWT auth, MongoDB/Mongoose data modeling, Multer + Cloudinary for file uploads, and consistent tooling with ESLint, Prettier, and environment configuration.
